The customer service was terrible. I told the salesperson that one was a gift, yet she still wrapped all four Pandora charms together in a single piece of tissue paper. When I got home, I noticed that one of the charms was tarnished. I’ve never had this kind of experience when buying Pandora. They shouldn’t even be an authorized Pandora vendor.
Sam was an amazing help, helping me find a Christmas gift for my mom and gf but be advised THEY DON’T DO REFUNDS”
