I’ve been doing business with them for a long time but the new guy they have is shady he is a husky guy with a white beard asking for money only on the side for custom pieces. I never had this experience before here.
The customer service was terrible. I told the salesperson that one was a gift, yet she still wrapped all four Pandora charms together in a single piece of tissue paper. When I got home, I noticed that one of the charms was tarnished. I’ve never had this kind of experience when buying Pandora. They shouldn’t even be an authorized Pandora vendor.
