I’m beginning to think this entire organization is a sham!!! I booked and paid for an upcoming stay at the Blossom Hotel in Houston and they treated me like I was scum on the bottom of your shoe. I did research to find that they are owned by this company but by the looks of the reviews here, things don’t look promising that I’ll get in touch with anyone. So SAD!
It's impossible to get in touch with anyone at the Corporate Office in VA. I've called over a dozen times and get an answering machine or a "voicemail is full" message. I work for one of their vendors who is trying to collect a massively overdue invoice for work provided to their hotels. No one answers. Several messages and emails left for the person who is in charge of the product they used by myself and my boss. No responses. Terrible work ethic. They are experts at ghosting and not paying their bills. We won't stop trying... read more
