It's really not haunted. A lot of hype as far as the "haunted " part goes... But it's a nice walk around the town strip, narrated. Tour guides are very nice and do a good job telling the history of Eureka Springs. I'd give it a 6 or 7 out of 10. Depends who's narrating.
Not worth the ticket price. It’s basically a historic tour of the hotel while it’s still operational so the tour guide is constantly asking people not on the tour to keep moving and keep the group together. Tour guide only put on his best show when it was time for tips at the end.
