Monica is truly a ray of sunshine—kind, caring, and incredibly knowledgeable. When I needed hospice care for a loved one, she took the time to thoroughly explain everything in a way our whole family could understand, even helping those who were initially unsure feel comfortable and supported. Brandis has also been exceptional, with a wonderful bedside manner and a special ability to connect with elderly patients, including those with dementia. We are so grateful for Nurse Nadine! She is truly a gem and an angel. Her bedside manner is unmatched, she is patient, kind, and incredibly knowledgeable. We felt completely at ease knowing Nadine was managing my auntie’s care. A special thank you to Monica as well. Navigating hospice care is rough but Monica was a guiding light. She was so compassionate and gentle with our family, very professional helping us understand the process with empathy and care. She definitely made a tough transition so much easier to deal with

Brandyce, the nurse, provided exceptional care with genuine kindness and a warm bedside manner for a family friend of mine and we are so grateful for the care and support she has given our family. Monica was also wonderful in helping our family understand hospice care and how it supports both our loved one and us. She explained everything with compassion, answered all of our questions with patience and professionalism..,making a difficult time much easier to navigate. Crescent Hospice is fortunate to have them on its team.
