Lovely people, particularly Stewart Lock who saw my husband and I all the way through from the test ride on an MT07 (quick to arrange and no stress to set up) to the final purchase. Friendly and knowledgeable he put us at ease and helped us make informed decisions all the way through the process. Excellent service and great customer experience from James Blackford at Crescent Motorcycles. Great communication from start to finish. I was offered a fair price for my bike in part exchange for my new one. My new bike was delivered and my old one collected at a very reasonable price. Wouldn't hesitate to use Crescent in the future and will definitely be recommending them.
Absolutely brilliant service yesterday 9/03 I phoned at 17:24pm for a new number plate after not being able to get one on advise I was given and baring in mind they close at 6pm, the service was absolutely brilliant, ordered over the phone and collected it with no problem at all time. Such great service and really can not complain about the customer service. Thank you ☺️
