I'm very happy with the care I have received from both Dr. Motsi, my primary, and Dr. Lysiak, who has been covering for him. However, I'm actually considering switching doctors because of the treatment I've received from the clinic’s nursing and reception staff. I understand how difficult those positions are and if it was a one-time occurrence I would not be providing this review. However, I have received poor treatment from them consistently since the beginning of 2024. The staff act like there is zero accountability for tr... read more

Dr Mageed is incompetent and really should not be practicing in Canada. She can't keep her appointments with patients but if a patient accidentally forgets an appointment she blows her top. Stay away from this woman and her husband, she is cold and condescending. Her husband i saw at a walk in clinic because she is impossible to get an appointment with. We had to go through all my meds and get them sorted out because he said she was terrible at keeping up to date records of meds. Now i am a type 2 diabetic, i also have a hea... read more

I liked that this clinic was conveniently located in CH. The Drs, Ciubotaru and Jeraj were always good and were pleasant and would take care of whatever concerns I needed to deal with. Unfortunately they no longer take walk ins if you do not normally see them as a regular Dr. This clinic is only for their patients now and will not see anyone else. What a disappointment that is.

The receptionist yesterday was extremely rude to myself. Then proceeded to Watching how she was treating a dad who just cared about his children was so disrespectful and thought it was a joke as the he seem to be going through stuff. After the very concerned dad left she was laughing about his concerns and saying she always takes the mom side. Last time I check doctor office are to support both parents and the children no matter what the situation is. Remember to treat someone how you want to be treated. She needs a lesson on... read more

It's with great sadness I write this as I was Dr. Jeraj's patient for over a decade and will always appreciate Dr. Lysack. Unfortunately, after his retirement I decided to have Sara Majeed as my Physician and she has horrible bedside manners and is absolutely incompetent as a Doctor. She wouldn't answer my questions & concerns, and even denied my Personal Imagining results; she endanger my overall well-being with such unprofessional and inhuman behaviours!
