So frustrated. Over a month wait to see my new doctor as Dr. Hayder left for Ontario. (don't blame him) This province's healthcare system is in shambles. Anyways, called to re-book my appointment and advised they'll cancel it but to call back in 10 days to rebook because they don't know the Physician's schedule... huh? Call back in 10 days? Doesn't seem normal to me. This place has just gotten worse and worse, all around. I'm sure it's no different than other places. DONT GO HERE! I never leave bad reviews, but here goes. I went to this clinic SEVERAL months ago for a “simple” ganglion cyst on my wrist. Got referred to an ultrasound. Sounds normal, right? Well, upon the ultrasound tech submitting my report, this clinic was supposed to refer me to a wrist surgeon. 2 months later, I have no referral on my record, I have no follow up. Dr. Hayder Salman repeatedly misdiagnosed skin cancer, showing me photos on his computer (which looked just like cancer) saying I didn't need a specialist for this. When over a three year period the cancer went from pin point to eraser head, uneven borders, displasia, discoloration, scaly, bleeding, I went into his office to get him onto his computer and refer me to a dermatologist (in spite of his poo poohing and skeptical facial expressions). My Dr ,Dr Ogona is awesome. Very professional empathic and truthful. When she went on leave , I was thrown into limbo as to whom i could trust for my family's health and my wife just gave birth. Then Doooomm!!! came Dr Erica ,this Dr rocked . She made us not even miss Dr onome. She was young , progressive and visionary. Right now am torn as to who to pick when my family go to see a doctor. The both see their patients as at when booked. The clinic is clean. The two receptionist very courteous.
