My wife and I have had Crescent Heating and Air taking care of our heat pumps before it became a company. Irby (the owner) is the most knowledgeable HVAC person that I have ever met, and I have had the displeasure of having to use others when Crescent wasn’t available when something went wrong. Never again will we allow anyone but Crescent touch our units.
