He answered the phone right away and said he was only five minutes out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the burned/broken relay switch, replaced it, and had my heat back on during a very cold morning—all within the hour. Amazing service!”
Called one day near closing. He answered & we made an appt for him to come out the next morning. He came on time & had the part he suspected was the problem based on our phone conversation in the truck. He had it fixed & I had heat again within the hour. That was a few weeks ago now & I still have heat, it's working great, cutting off when it should, & not freezing over.
