Called one day near closing. He answered & we made an appt for him to come out the next morning. He came on time & had the part he suspected was the problem based on our phone conversation in the truck. He had it fixed & I had heat again within the hour. That was a few weeks ago now & I still have heat, it's working great, cutting off when it should, & not freezing over. Response time was WONDERFUL. Our heat went out on one of the coldest times SO far this year. Brandon responded within 3 hours of getting the work order. OUR SYSTEM WAS OLD, BRANDON FOUND THE BLOWER PART AND RETURNED THE FOLLOWING MORNING. VERY VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICE
