It's never a pleasant experience when your HVAC goes out. But I can highly recommend Irby and his technicians. He is very responsive and genuinely cares about his customers comfort. My whole system needed to be replaced and Irby was able to get it working until installation. His guys did a great job and cleaned up all material upon completion. You will not go wrong with Crescent! Honesty and trust goes a long way.

Mr Irby, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable. We had two other contractors look at a unit and told us it was no good and had to be replaced. He fiddled around for about 20 or 30 minutes. Found the problem and repaired it and it’s been good for the past few years now. This company is straight up and honest. We’ve used them consistently over the past three years. Awesome company, Great business ethics, with superb service!

He answered the phone right away and said he was only five minutes out. He quickly diagnosed the problem, showed me the burned/broken relay switch, replaced it, and had my heat back on during a very cold morning—all within the hour. Amazing service!”
