Since I got out of the hospital dealing with them has been there biggest joke. Completely unorganized telling us my meds would be delivered then another one saying they never said that. Remind you my life is depending on them right now. Drew my blood on Friday to make sure my results are making positive movement to get my picc line removed and my other doctors waiting on these labs, only for them to lose my cultures. Be very careful!!! They take advantage of your insurance. They will over bill your insurance and harass you for a large copay. Its not okay to take advantage of vulnerable innocent people who are fighting a illness and need infusion treatments. They even sent me home with a Anaphylaxis kit and told me to use it if I have a allergic reaction. This is against the law. I don't know how to insert a IV in my vein. Infusion centers are never to send someone home with a IV kit to inject if they feel they are having a reaction. What... read more
I have gone in 3 times now and the nurses have been great. I am taken on time and they have been great in there care of my needs there.
Everyone including the driver was great!!
