This is a wonderful place filled with caring people. They have been taking wonderful care of my husband. He has done so well with all of his therapies.
My name is James..I was in Crescent for 6 months...I have nohing but respect for the CNAs & Nursing staff...I made so many friends...when I came there I justt hid..but the CNAs became my friends n helped me to walk again...justin..felicitas..denise..Danielle.. Mary..patty... Cassie.. Gaby..Veronica.. Ashlynn.. Nicole(both).. Selma...brenda..berta...rosie(my first friend)...there are more names...you all so awesome... My mother and mother-in-law had been at a couple of other nursing homes in Yakima but Crescent is the best. Everyone seems to care deeply about the residents. The office (Audrey and April) and financial staff (Kim) are so helpful, I don't think I could have navigated everything without them. There are several events a week for the residents, including music, Ladies Spa Day, a hairdresser, and Sunday morning church services. Cresent Health care has a strong staff. Thank you all for giving my mother the love she deserved, till the day God called her home she was kept comfortable and loved. I will always give thanks to God for you all. May my mother rest in God's arms and be at peace ♡
I have work for this company they always short staff people don't want to work there the management is very poor. Bad and sad is the resident don't get the care they need. I would never put any of my family there.
