This security company is a joke, Yesterday me and my wife were at the New Orleans Public Library (Main Branch) and we were only their about (30) minutes, my wife brought her brand new bike she bought 5 days before and she locked it to the rail that the library built to safely lock your bike while you enjoy the books etc at the branch in clear view of the security guards, however when we returned to unlock her bike we noticed that her bike had been stolen?
