The staff were so incredibly kind at our most recent visit. Lorraine and especially Melissa were so helpful, my sisters and I left so pleased with the bracelet for our mother's birthday. Thank you!
Would not ever go here I went in looking for a ring sizing they told me to go to someplace in downtown sydney and then I went to charm and they took care of me and did the ring sizes so yall lost money cause we would've considered going with you guys but if yall dont do ring sizing then im not gonna purchase anything your company loss cause now I got a better ring with charm jewelers in the same mall and they took care of me
Have had the absolute worst experience with crescent. Have only ever bought 1 ring there in my life. Bought it in August and was told 2 to 3 weeks to size, didn't get it until October. Took over 5 weeks. Finally got the ring and 8 weeks later a diamond fell out. Took it in for repair on Jan 3rd and was told 2 to 3 weeks to repair and still haven't got my ring back (on Feb 14th) going into the 6th week it's been gone. Have been told all kinds of excuses from the system is down (and still down 6 months later) we're back logged... read more
