Took truck to Gallagher because it i was getting a check engine light. It took them a week to even look at it, but nonetheless they called and said they were going to replace my spark plugs and coils and it would be done in about a week. That week went by with no call. I bought a truck from Covert Ford Lincoln a year ago. Since it has been a year, it was time for my annual inspection. My truck failed inspection, because it has no muffler! To my knowledge, a vehicle should not be able to pass an inspection without a muffler. On 7/31/2025 I purchased a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor R from Ford of Port Richey. It was advertised and sold as a Ford Blue Advantage Gold-Certified vehicle. The truck delivered did not meet Ford’s Gold-Certified standards.
