This place was supposed to replace my engine after a recall and 6 months after the replacement I started having engine issues once again.
Doug the service manager desperately needs people skills training , and then needs to be fired !!! My husband, who is a 76 year old Vietnam Veteran who has suffered a traumatic brain injury, was having trouble with the service technician, so he asked for Doug the service manager. Doug did not try to understand my husband's concern and kept telling him the same thing over and over.
