Installer showed up 2 hours late with no concern for social distancing and no mask. He became visibly annoyed when I requested that he wear a mask until he got to the work area(bathroom). On a rainy muddy day there were no runners laid and no muddy work boots removed or even wiped as he made multiple trips over our light beige carpeting which we will now have to shampoo.
