I brought my new puppy in for vaccinations and a wellness exam, and had a great experience with Dr. Gertz. She was kind, thorough, and took the time to answer all of my questions. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire visit was calm and stress-free. I highly recommend Crescent Falls Veterinary Hospital.

I was able to get an emergency appointment for my furbaby and they checked and treated him. Glad to say he is home and has the medication he needs to get better. The vet was able to answer all my questions even though they were a few minutes past closing.
Incredibly nice front-counter staff! However, the amount of upselling they did for tests and for products they have available during our last vet visit felt predatory.
