Cameron, Ryan, Riley, Wade, Rick & the warehouse guys are amazing with great customer service! There is another guy there that works upstairs but I don't know how his service is...? Go Crescent Team!
I had good service when I went in to buy some conduit and some lighting. Got things taken care of quickly and the sales guys were very helpful.
Not very helpful. I asked them to see if he can find out about an adapter that I needed. I always had to call Ken to get any updates. After several calls to Ken and 1.5 months later he tells me that he has given up on trying to find the part I need, but yet he doesn’t have the consideration to let me know that? Very unprofessional. I didn’t receive one phone call from him. What a waste of his and my time.
