Excellent Service by Crescent Electric! Mohamed did an outstanding job fixing my EV charger, even in the freezing cold weather. He was professional, efficient, and clearly very knowledgeable about his work.

Moustafa was incredible! While renovating we ran into an issue, and we called them on a Sunday afternoon, he showed up a little bit later, and gave us an excellent quote. When he came by a couple days later, he was polite, his workmanship was excellent, and he was true to his quoted price. I happily recommend Crescent Electrical and would not hesitate to use them again!

I called his company for my leaking washing machine. He was quick to respond that evening, looked at my machine and said he’ll give me a quote the following day. I had to message four days later asking if he had come up with the quote to repair my washing machine and all I was given was “they’re asking 1100” I replied with “ for what exactly” and he responded “tub” And that was the end of the conversation. I paid $150 service call just to be given vague answers and no follow up.

We called about an electrical issue in our rental property. Mustafa was able fit us in very quickly and it was even a Sunday! He was polite and punctual and had our problem fixed in no time! Highly reccomend this company, we will absolutely be calling him again in the future if the need arises

I lost $300 and a week time because of his poor communication and his lack of knowledge on appliances. He charged me $300 on the promise of fixing my laundry pair, and dragged his feet for ordering parts and came back with recommendation to buy new one after a week. He would not return any part of the money he charged. Told me that its for diagnosis. Feel literally stolen. He has poor ethics and lazy attitude.
