I have lived here for nearly a year now and plan on doing so for much longer. From the beginning, the management team have been incredibly kind and easy to work with! Shana has been there every step of the way to help me with paperwork, getting to know my way around town, recommendations, you name it. They have great events each month or so to meet your neighbors. Just applied to this property so I can only speak about the leasing team, but best leasing experience I’ve ever had. Shoutout to Shana, the manager, who showed me around the property virtually and guided me through every step of the application. The team at 1010 Dilworth makes moving across the country a tad easier and I 100% recommend this property’s leasing team.
Had a great experience living here for five years - much appreciation for Kimberly and Shana for being so friendly and responsive when I needed support. Good people.
