I would say Shana on the leasing team is the best leasing agent I’ve ever met. If shes ever gone I think I’d have to take it down a star tbh. She holds it down. Location is solid, some noise from ambulances and stuff but overall good place to live especially if you work in uptown/ surrounding area
Shana is a phenomenal identity and was one of the leading individuals in helping facilitate my move to 1010. Since moving here, she has been an amazing resource here at the complex. Her energy is refreshing and I don't think 1010 understands how lucky we are to have her. Whenever my apartment or complex has an issue, I am certain she can spearhead and resolve issues without me worrying about if they will get completed well. Shoutout to Shana for being amazing !!
I’d recommend 1010 to anyone who wants to be close to south end/uptown, but not directly in the mix. Dilworth is a great neighborhood if you’re active, and Shana in the leasing office feels like family.
Shana and Brooke are amazing. I just moved from Texas, so everything regarding the apartment search was done remotely. These two ladies went above and beyond for me. They were both very responsive before and after the lease agreement. Once arrived the apartment was in great condition and I was giving a proper tour of the apartment complex. I would highly recommend this apartment complex, not only for the location, but for the great customer service.
