I really want to love this place. I do. The maintenance people are so nice. But there is so much chaos here and I wish I had known before hand. Fire alarm will go off for no reason. The security gate has often remained open. Too often for comfort there are doors propped open by rocks, allowing anyone to enter the property. Staff turnover is very high. Great location in a really nice neighborhood! Also, Shana in the leasing office is helpful, patient, and kind. She's been great with resolving any issues and with lease renewals.
I wish I could give 10 stars. I am truly thankful for this place. So my situation was unique, there was many hiccups but ALL OF THE STAFF worked with me every step of the way and were so kind. First, my co-signers stuff wouldn’t go through and they checked up on me everyday and ensure they were working to solve the issue. Then, I moved in and recognized that floor wasn’t the best for me so I requested to switch units and how to go about that process. That’s a big ask.
