Tour experience- we had a tour with Shana on 1/27. She was extremely personable, professional, and very thorough with our tour experience. This place was beautiful and Shana made it even better. Thanks Shana!!
Shana is awesome. She truly cares about all of her residents and will go out of her way to make sure you have a great experience here. I’m from Philadelphia and was home for the holidays. I had a bunch of packages shipped down while I was gone and was worried they were lost. Shana went out of her way to make sure every package was at my door when I got back. She is always available and will help you with anything you need. It’s made my transition down here so smooth and couldn’t be happier with my choice to live here.
We toured this week and were met with 100% exceptional service from Dani, She was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly welcoming throughout the entire visit. Dani took the time to answer all of our questions and made the whole process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that he truly cares about providing a great experience for potential residents. Thank you, Dani, for going above and beyond!"
(updating this whole review to start fresh and summarize all my thoughts) We have lived at 1010 Dilworth since September 2023 and we are not renewing our lease. The main reasons are the fire alarm and the location. The fire alarm has been an ongoing issue since we arrived. I think it has only gone off once for a real issue. Just this month it has gone off twice for about 45 minutes each time. And as you can see, 1010 Dilworth commented on this review 8 months ago saying they were "diligently" working to fix this issue.
