Current resident at 1010 Dilworth. I chose this community for its location, finishes, and especially the “top-notch appliances” pitch—my apartment originally had a higher-efficiency front-load washer/dryer stack. After it failed, management replaced it with a unitized top-load combo. It works, but it’s a clear step down in performance and features (lower spin speed, fewer controls) from what was in the unit when I signed and from how the building is marketed. Brooke was excellent during my tour. This place really stands out in Charlotte apartments. Love the ambiance of the apartments and resident spaces.

I moved out in April of 2025, my deposit was first month’s rent, $1,300, I was told I would get it back. It is now September and it has been like pulling teeth to get any information on when I’ll be receiving it. I was told numerous times “it’ll be in the mail this week” which never happened. As of writing I haven’t gotten back and they’ve now stopped returning my calls and emails. I haven’t received any communication that would indicate that I wouldn’t be receiving it back. After a horrible apartment situation, I moved into 1010 dilworth because of the good reviews I saw online. Shana helped me find a great deal on an apartment, and when I had to move out suddenly she helped guide through the entire process. I 10/10 recommend 1010 dilworth especially when they have people like Shana and the other staff working there!
