My Wife and I decided to downsize at 77 years old. We had three options and chose Crescent Creek Community in LaPine. Main reason was lack of traffic, then how well the homes were maintained and security. We purchased our future last home May 23, 2024. Rob Hendrickson nor Palisch disclosed to us of the developments that have been in progress since 2022.
