If the magstripe reader isn't going to get fixed, at least place an ATM outdoor! It's been months now and this credit union has been rendered inaccessible to its consumers after hours. Extremely inconvenient.
These reviews aren't lying!!! The customer service is horrible. I try not to deal with the tellers. They seemed detached from reality. My last transaction a teller stopped in the middle of it to talk to someone who interrupted... TWICE!!! I now either make deposits at the ATM or just go to Oak street. I'm on the fence about closing my account.
