I’ll start off by saying customer service was ok at first. Lady upfront seemed irritated but was nice, Owner seems ok. Dropped the car off December 30th at the Hurst location. Estimate took a week, decided to get the radiator support replaced (only internal part that was said to need to be replaced.) I told owner to make it drivable and without any internal damages. I was very happy with the work they did .. and the price was the best I found.. will be going back for my body work needs!! Look at that bumper.. Can't even tell it was messed up after hitting a wall on the overpass in the ice.
OT was great. Repaired my car in a timely manner and for a great price.
The customer service was Excellent and the service was done timely. Great line of communication as I was kept thoroughly informed throughout the process. Will definitely choose Crescent Collision for all future work and I'm soooo thankful for them having a location in Hurst close to home.
OT really helped me out during my consultation and completed a quick turn around on the services! Walked me through the entire process and left feeling content and great!
