I had a wonderful experience at Crescent WIC, thanks to Miriam. She was kind, patient, and very helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to answer all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, and treated me with respect. Really enjoyed my experience at this location. Mary was incredibly helpful and kind. You could tell that they were short staffed, but they still were able to help me and my child.

Caring staff but it’s always something wrong with the phones, can’t ever get through to anyone and they never seem to answer messages when they have a voicemail. I have to end up calling over and over again. Been waiting almost a week to schedule my baby appointment and no one has responded back to my messages and I’ve called every morning no answer, so I’m going to switch my baby to another WIC clinic.
