We booked a Whitney + Oak Alley plantation tour through Crescent City Tours during our New Orleans trip. The booking email stated pickup would be outside our hotel between 8:30–9:00 AM, so we waited there expecting a bus. Around 9:00, I was about to call when I received a call from a staff member who arrived in a Mercedes to pick us up and drive us around the block to the actual bus pickup location. We booked the Whitney plantation tour through them. The driver was friendly and knowledgeable giving us a history lesson along the way. He stopped to show us important landmarks and gave us some insight on the devastating impacts of hurricane Katrina. Before leaving, our driver made sure we were set with everything we needed and that we knew where to go. They were punctual and professional. Would recommend booking through them.
