Dalton showed up and was kind enough to stay and answer our questions. We were also provided samples for roof colors which was helpful. He called a couple days after inquiring about our decision, proving he wanted our business versus sending us an email like the other companies did. We elected to go with Cresent because they were able to do a new fortified roof and gutters for us at a reasonable price.
