My first time as a patient they handed me a digital signature pad and asked me to sign various documents visible only to them on their computer. When I expressed concern that I couldn't actually read these documents they assured me it was just standard HIPA stuff, so I grudgingly signed, only to find out at billing time that I'd agreed to exorbitant LCMC facility fees that my insurance didn't cover. I have waited a while to sit and write this review. I was inspired by a WDSU story on women of color having more more fatal GYN incidences and fatality experiences then any other ethnicity. Even if you have education and a medical occupation, you fall into this category. As an ICU Nurse I found myself in a berating and belittling experience with a physician here at the clinic. Every time I come here it never fails I’m waiting forever I can be the first one to sign in and it’s 4 people after me and they get called first. They always say it’s insurance or something if it’s not one thing its another I can’t wait for this to be over with. My doctor is amazing but the wait is ridiculous it literally makes me wanna walk out of my own appointment !!!!!! Once I waited 2 1/2 hours this time it’s an hour I switched my appointment time it’s horrible
