I absolutely LOVE CCCF! From my very first day, everyone has been beyond welcoming and encouraging. The coaches are incredible and truly meet you where you’re at while still pushing you to be your best. The community is unmatched—I’ve made lifelong friends here, hit my fitness goals, and then completely blown past them. This gym is 100% my happy place. If you’re on the fence, join. You won’t regret it!
What can I Say that would sum up my experience here..I have been going here for a year and half! This place and people are exactly what I needed when I needed it. I love it here! When I first met with one of the Coaches ( who still coaches me every Monday!!))) when I signed up, he asked what is my biggest barriers or something like that..and it was childcare. I highly recommend CCC! Perfect gym for beginners and for people who’ve been doing CrossFit for years. This gym has an amazing community and awesome coaches!
I found Crescent City Community Fitness after years of doing CrossFit in my garage. My husband and I tried a few different gyms in search of a community to be a part of.
