Dr Grossman is a wonderful and caring vet. He takes time to listen to your concerns and you never feel rushed. I like him so much I put up with the 45 MINUTES it has taken to get my prescriptions and pay my bill, twice and walked out the 3rd time, saying I will be back. Office staff make me feel that I am interrupting their day. My brother has actually changed vets to E Palatka because of this. But Dr Grossman is the BEST!!
