Dr. Rizk is the best doctor, I can't even begin to tell you. I wish I found her decades ago. She brought to light problems I was having that many other doctor just brushed off as "unexplained" and left it at that. Dr. Risk explored, explained and treated it, she is amazing! The best doctor!

Came in the first time for a consultation. Staff was kind and easy to talk to. Dr. Naglaa herself had great bedside manner and was very attentive, detailed and knowledgeable. I appreciated that she took the time to explain to me certain things in terms that I could understand without feeling overwhelmed. I genuinely felt as though she cared about my health and wellbeing. I definitely will recommend her office to friends and family!
The doctor is really nice and takes time with the patient, ask questions and helps you make decisions. However, the staff is not professional, lack of follow up, poor communications, and poor customer service! I hope the doctor looks into this and provides some guidance/training to the front desk staff. They’re dismissive and lack of empathy.
I strongly advise against seeing Dr. Naglla Rizk. My wife and I, after discovering her pregnancy, struggled to find a doctor within our insurance network. We chose Dr. Rizk because she speaks Arabic, hoping she could help us navigate this experience. However, our visit was disappointing. During our appointment, Dr. Rizk and her staff ignored me when I tried to assist with translation, despite my wife’s limited English.
