This was by far one of the worst experiences I have ever had with a doctor’s office. The communication was extremely unprofessional, the office was disorganized, and I repeatedly felt that my time and concerns as a patient were not valued. During my appointment, the doctor was rude and condescending. I actually had to remind her to look at my ultrasound images so she could see what was going on. Estoy muy feliz de haber descubierto a Dr.Naglaa,he aprendido más con ella en los últimos 3 meses que en todos los años que he acudido a otros ginecólogos.Ella se toma su tiempo con el paciente y explica todo de manera muy simple y directa para que se le pueda entender.

Very pleased with my first experience as a new patient at this office after going through other offices that didn’t meet my standards. The staff was nice and Dr. Naglaa was extremely attentive and took the time to listen to my problems. I didn’t feel rushed at all and actually felt heard and like I was in good hands. Looking forward to future visits at this office.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rizk enough. From my very first appointment, she listened to my concerns, took my pain seriously, and never made me feel dismissed. After years of struggling with symptoms, she was incredibly thorough, compassionate, and determined to help me find answers. During surgery, she found that my endometriosis was much more extensive than expected, including deep infiltrating disease.
