I have a sick animal that requires attention and was told that due to understaffing they could not see my dog and advised me to use a emergency clinic even though this was my clinic for my dogs and cats. I have never been told to find another vet from the vet I have been seeing for all my animals. Total disgrace and uncalled for. If this had been for a routine visit it would not have mattered but I need to have my dog seen asap, I was even willing to wait a day. Total disrespect to me and my animal.
