I had a very awkward space in my century-old Ballard home with an exposed ceiling and uneven concrete floor. The team at Crescent Builds helped me transform it into a bright, functional laundry/craft/sewing room. They used their creativity and craftsmanship to conceal the furnace, water heater, pipes and wires while making the ducting a design element and adding all kinds of clever storage. The team communicated well throughout, cared about my home, and paid great attention to detail.
The design team at Crescent Builds is talented, creative and intuitive. The construction of the project was completed by an equally talented group of masterful and dedicated to their craft individuals. I am pleased and amazed at how everything came together and brings me joy to live in the space they created.
We've only gone as far as design and scoping work with Crescent Builds currently, but have had very positive interactions with everyone on their team. Despite not being able to proceed with the majority of the work at the time they did assist us in getting a dishwasher installed in our kitchen.
