Randy was good at communicating during the pricing phase of the project. Once he had a signed contract he was very difficult to communicate with. He has a hard time managing his subcontractors. The worst part was that Randy was having issues managing the money we paid him for the project. I have received 2 Letters of intent to file a lien on our home.
