Got body work done and felt the difference. My lower back felt great afterward and the massage entailed various body systems. She explained everything she was doing and afterward showed me a lil body diagram and showed me where I needed work. The space is very clean and nice. Highly recommend

Emily is very talented and a delightful, caring individual. She first builds trust with you and then skillfully practices the Arvigo massage. Her bodywork space is very professional —I really felt like I was being taken care of in a clean and restorative environment. Emily is a highly skilled ARVIGO practitioner.
