If you want a vacation place on siesta key look no further. Crescent arms has beautiful condos right on the gulf. Glenda and staff treat you like family. We will be coming back next year. And more.
Stayed in unit 303S last week. It was very disappointing.. to start it smelled musty when we went in..we had to go get air freshener and use daily plus sprayed it on furnace. filter which that closet had not been cleaned for a long time there is an inch of dust on all the pipes in there..ice maker didn't work call front desk never fixed it..unit only had 6 towels for the week for 4 people.it was supposed to also have beach towels. ****DO NOT RENT UNIT 402S - SUNNYSIDE PROPERTIES. MOLD, RUSTY, TERMITES**** I’m not entirely sure where to start, so maybe the beginning is best. Upon arrival at Crescent Arms Unit 402S on Saturday, July 26, 2025, we immediately noticed damage to the unit. Damage included but was not limited to a window seal and bathroom – photos were immediately provided. The proposal from Sunnyside Properties was to have maintenance “addressed while you are there.” I chose not to have maintenance complete the repairs as lack of maintenance... read more
