Upon arrival at Crescent Arms Unit 402S on Saturday, July 26, 2025, we immediately noticed damage to the unit. Damage included but was not limited to a window seal and bathroom – photos were immediately provided. Previously, twice flooded property, with limited vegetation and parking. Difficulties in entering and exiting the property and area. Technical condominium rules to pool and beach access are inhibitive to local and out of town guests. Limited parking and outdoor BBQ restrictions.
