I have been working with Dale for over 10 years and have always been extremely satisfied with his quick response and his knowledge of the product he is repairing. He has always been fair with his prices and he always gives the extra effort to make sure things are done right.

Wow! I’m bewildered by my experience with Crescent Services. Horrific customer service. I have been waiting for a month to replace a part. Called a couple of times this week to check on the part.I was cursed out by Dale, and told to take my business elsewhere. Completely unprovoked. I actually became nicer the angrier the owner got. Obviously, I should have read the reviews below before calling them to fix my ice machine. Customer service looks to be a major problem.
