I hated here!! The crescent apartments are VERY overpriced expensive apartments!! The apartments aren’t updated they’re VERY tiny and not worth the price. You get charged for EVERYTHING, they penny, nickel and dime you! You got charged for receipt fees, sewage fees, garbage fees, hallway, fees ect.. it’s very unnecessary!!
I recently toured this lovely apartment village with team member, Lexie! The facility was pristine and gave off a “luxury hotel vibe.” The common areas were clean and peaceful. The outside areas were nicely appointed. I have lived all over the world and Crescent ranks at the top of my list of great living communities. I just had the most amazing tour with Lexi! She was super professional but also really down to earth, so I felt completely at ease. We shared a lot of laughs, which made the whole experience feel so personal and fun. I'm honestly so excited to be moving here soon, and everything's been feeling fantastic so far!
I had an appt for a showing with Lexie, and from the very beginning with the phone call to the showing, she was great. Went over and beyond to be very thorough, had a great sense of humorrr and made sure to be very clear about all information pertaining to the residents. She sold me, as well as the Apt. Thank you Lexie!!
So here is an honest review from someone that has lived here for years, you do not get much for what you pay and the building is in the business of nickel and diming any chance they get. Firstly, the rent is way too high for the area or space. They are taking advantage of the proximity to the highway and hospital.
