After weeks of struggling to get support from the another company, Crescent got the parts in and job done in about a week. Fraudulent company. They reported my thermostat not working when in fact it’s working perfectly. And he wanted to charge me $250 additionally to what my insurance is covering, we are reporting this issue to the Attorney General of Illinois tomorrow morning and several other garment agencies this fraudulent practices need to end.
