My sister and I recently transferred my mother to Crescendo and we couldn't be happier. This place is clean, bright, welcoming and the staff are exceedingly kind. I am eternally grateful to the Assistant Director, Olivia. She was kind, compassionate and a joy to talk with. I am eternally grateful to Olivia and the Crescendo staff.
I recommend that you do not put your loved ones in this place. They charge residents extra money for an emergency button they can wear in case they fall or have an emergency. We pay for this service for my grandmother, but they often don't respond to the button. She has been locked out of her room, fallen on the floor and had other issues. No response from the staff. I recently visited Crescendo Senior Living in Placentia and was really impressed. The community is clean, welcoming, and beautifully maintained. The staff was friendly and attentive, and the residents seemed genuinely happy and engaged. A warm, inviting place for seniors!
