Well, promised Wi-Fi on our amenities list grouped into our rent. We have been without Wi-Fi for three weeks now and because of this, I am leaving this review amongst other issues. I mean, I just want Wi-Fi at this point
I have lived at Crescendo for 2 years now in a 1BD 1BTH unit, and wanted to provide my honest opinion and insight on the property and management. THE GOOD: I LOVE the units, they look exactly as they are described on the website, very spacious, clean, and all the units I have seen have stainless steel appliances. The 2BD 2BTH units are huge, and are worth the price when you sit down and do the breakdown of costs. Management sucks, management never fillws through with what they tell their tenants. Included WiFi that is supposed to be included in rent never works. High rent. And is considered a. Money pit. After my lease is done I’m out. They never return calls and don’t care about anybody besides the money they are raking. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SMUCKS
Not a bad place management just sucks Energency Maintenance never available I was locked out of my apartment bc couldn’t remember where my keys were cuz fell off my bike on a bike pass and had no choice but to go to my sisters I pay my ent and couldn’t even sleep in my own bed
