Worst customer service I have ever seen in my entire life. I've called for about 4 weeks . I've sent emails and still have yet to get a response about my amp.

DO NOT ORDER FROM CRESCENDO AUDIO!!!!! I have been waiting since Black Friday LAST YEAR (2013) to receive a working C1100.4 amp. I have never heard of such terrible customer service, let alone have had to deal with such negligence! These guys have decent products but their customer service is horrid. I have called well over 50+ times and left message after message with zero response.
