I personally don't like the 3 story concept. Otherwise the construction is good.
In short, Shea threw together my home as quickly as possible. New homebuyer April, 2023. Awful experience from the beginning and I am only 4 or so months in. From the design studio, to attention to detail, it's been a headache - time spent at home for fixing mistakes rather than being on the clock at work. Awaiting the replacement of my entire main floor (defective) - a 4-5 day excursion (move ALL of my belongings from furniture itself/moving company moves the bulk stuff).
