The management is incredibly responsive and professional—they truly care about the residents and it shows. The super is always friendly, helpful, and quick to handle any issues that come up. Maintenance is top-notch, and any requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Renter beware. If I could give -10 stars I would. This place is a combination of the most expensive and poorly managed building we’ve ever lived in. Gustavo and Ray are the only good part. If you’re someone paying FULL market rate PLEASE READ! I wish there was a review like this when we moved in. If you're considering moving here, I strongly advise you to think twice. The safety concerns are alarming, particularly regarding the multiple robberies that have occurred in the parking lot. I have found the management to be unresponsive and negligent when it comes to addressing these issues. Their excuse for the lack of action is that the parking lot is owned by a different company, but that does not alleviate the concern for residents' safety.
