This company does not answer their phones or return calls from tenants when they are facing serious issues. The Louis in Overland Park added my husband's name to an address we did not live at, and when asked to provide the lease with his name on it proceeded to stop communicating with us via call or email. Their ownership group, CRES, has not returned any calls either meanwhile my husband and I are now fighting with collections over charges on an address we never lived in or signed on. “The Columns” in Springfield,MO is just perfect! It’s been a year now since I have moved in. Words can’t express how happy I have been here. Erica Peterson & Rachel Hall have been an incredible delight. Always responsive and most importantly…make you feel welcomed. I have lived in several apartments through the years, but this place takes the cake. This management company is top notch and couldn’t be more impressed.
Steer very clear of this company. Have had multiple issues with my air conditioner being fixed and no one seems to have any urgency to fix the problem. With the scorching days we’ve had, the heat has been miserable. I’ve had to stay with family. Will be planning to move as soon as I can.
I'm writing this review due to the extreme difficulty I've experienced trying to get in touch with this property management company. I am trying to cash our refunded security deposit, but the bank has stated that they can't find the account. It's been nearly impossible to get a response or any assistance from the management company to resolve this issue. I hope they can improve their communication and responsiveness in the future.
I've never stayed in apartments before but this was a smooth transition , Kailee Powell , she's so professional and understanding , she keeps the whole unit running smoothly, the maintenance in the Summer and great snow removal in the winter ...
