We are so happy that we chose Mirko for our basement renovation. From the very beginning, he made what could have been a stressful process feel much easier. He was always approachable, responsive, and kept us updated throughout the project. We never felt like we had to chase him for answers. My husband and I both appreciated how he detailed every week, sent snapshots weekly on where we are budget wise, and how construction is going downstairs. AND he finished on time as he promised he would do at the beginning. For a large, expensive projec... read more

This was our first time working with Mirko and he did a great job on our basement. I appreciated most was that he was very detail-oriented and cared about the project like it was his own place. His communication was top notch and things were always done accordingly to the timeline. Mirko and his team were professional and straightforward to work with - he offered good suggestions when we needed them but never pushed his ideas on us and always let us make the final calls, which I respected. If you're thinking about doing a re... read more
