The Crepin group was tasked with selling my mother's house and it had been on the market for 3 months. They just let the house "sell itself". My mother was in a nursing home. It wasn't until I investigated (I don't live in Ottawa) that I found the problem, it badly needed staging and cleaning up. Had a horrible experience with PATRICK CREPPIN. Was disrespectful and unprofessional. Holds his own best interests at heart rather then that of his clients. Is motivated by his ego and money rather then providing the best service he can to his clients. I will be filling a complaint to the Real Estate Board about his behviour.
