I felt ok until the girl looked at the pos and thought she didn't get a tip. It was at that point she did not label my pint which I bought several. She asked me if I wanted a bag, when I replied please, she just handed me the bag and walked away. Is this the kind of service one should expect if the employees behind the counter didn't think they were receiving a tip?
Tonight I visited Creole Creamery with a friend, and unfortunately I had a very upsetting experience. I am deaf and hard of hearing, and when I did not hear an employee tell me I could throw away the sample spoon, she yelled it at me on the third try instead of simply communicating more respectfully.
