This place has great leadership! Loving people!
I didn't even want to give this place one star. DO NOT GO HERE OR WASTE YOUR TIME. The Lady that answers the phone is never in the office and can't give you any information on scheduled appointments and if your lucky you may get a call back. 4 different scheduled appointments later and still no help for my child. First Appointment they didn't have any of the information for my child so they had to reschedule, second appointment no show, third appointment no show, 4th appointment they didn't show nor did they call to inform m... read more
I have a friend who really needed help. This place took DAYS just to schedule an intake. Then, the day the scheduled appointment finally rolled around they wanted to punt her to a later date. Shameful. Just go to Grand Lake Mental Health. They’ll see you right away.
