Complete lack of communication. They have had my son's car for over a month now. They do not undated on anything and won't return my calls. We feel like our car is being held hostage. They "fixed" it once we took it back when same thing was happening. That was a month ago. No updates no return calls.
I went to Crenshaw Automotive to install new brake pads, and rotors and they quoted me a LOW price. After further inspection by another shop Crenshaw left the original rotors on my car and shaved down the original and put the new brake pads on top and causing my rotors warped. I had to get both the brake pads and rotors completely replaced because Crenshaw Automotive did a scam job and tried take short cuts.
