This place won our business based on reviews. It could not have been easier to get my new washer and dryer installed. The installation and delivery team was very helpful and careful. They did a great job and I’d do it exactly the same way again! Thank you Crenshaws for a pleasurable experience all around. I love my new machines!

Crenshaws to the rescue! My refrigerator broke on Sunday (Father's Day, ugh), I Crenshaws first thing Monday morning. Despite being already scheduled out for the day, they were able to find a refrigerator in stock (which is a gorgeous and spacy GE) they delivered the new refrigerator the same day!!! Dave was so helpful with figuring out what size we needed and working it out so we could get the refrigerator the same day, I really appreciate him going above and beyond.. Need a quality appliance sold and serviced by people who actually know what they're doing? Skip the corporate giant in Clemson and head to this family-run store in Pendleton instead. No flashy showroom here, but is that what you wanna pay for? They have a website so you can do your homework (and even order) online, but if you want old school customer service, go see Frank at the store. I wanted a Speed Queen commercial washer. We have purchased six appliances and one TV from Crenshaws in the last six months as we moved: Samsung frame TV, chest freezer, french door refrigerator, double oven, microwave, washer, and dryer. The purchase process was smooth, as was delivery and installation of all our items. You've got a great team and we're very happy!
