Facility issues happen and is understandable. But calling patients 30 mins before their scheduled appointments is not professional. Especially in such a big city like Houston. Where it took me an hour to get to their office. If you are reading this review and saying to yourself why not go to another facility. Here is the issue. Being in the reserves we have medical readiness that must be done especially before re-enlistment. So we are limited to facilities that will take us. This was the closest one with the date i needed.
