John came out and I had issues with both my downstairs and upstairs units. He had both units fixed in less than an hour. He explained in detail everything he had to fix. I really appreciate that he was very technical about everything and talked to me on the same level. It was almost like he was training me to problem solve and be able to fix it myself. Great guy and he was very friendly. I highly recommend Crenshaw Mechanical. I’ll be using them from now on.
